Job Description
Senior Field Human Resources Officer position at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Taipei, Taiwan. Responsible for recruitment and retention of field workers, managing IMS pool, and raising MSF awareness in Taiwan.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business & Administration, International Relations, Humanitarian Work or relevant discipline.
- Commitment to MSF principles and managerial values.
- Proficient in English, proficiency in Mandarin and/or a language from the region is an added value.
- Demonstrated negotiation, planning & organizing skills.
- Good communication skills & cross-cultural awareness.
- Networking & building relationship skills.
- Behavioral flexibility and able to manage and operate in a fast-demanding environment.
- Able to perform in team and individual settings.
- Results & quality driven.
- Digital media skills, Computer, and other IT tool literacy.
- INGO and NGO experience in the field/programme is a strong added value.
- Excellent writing and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
