Job Description
We are looking for a Humanitarian Relief Promotion and Fundraising Team Leader to lead our street fundraising team and promote humanitarian relief issues, with a passion for Medecins Sans Frontieres' principles and international humanitarian affairs.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in team management and training
- Experience in non-profit organizations or fundraising-related work is preferred
- Stress resistance and adaptability
- Crisis communication management and emergency response experience is preferred
- Information integration and accurate transmission capabilities
- Positive thinking and growth mindset
- Team spirit and emphasize teamwork
- Identify and commit to Medecins Sans Frontieres' principles and goals
- Excellent patience, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to proactively interact and build relationships with people from different backgrounds
