Requirements
- A minimum of 6-10+ years in RevOps, BizOps, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or similar
- Strong Excel/modeling skills (SQL a plus)
- Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Understanding of sales motions (SMB / Enterprise preferred)
- Curious, humble, and execution-oriented
