The IT Service Management Analyst supports and maintains the processes and procedures that enable effective IT service delivery across MedHealth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in the administration, configuration and upgrade of an ITSM platform
- Automation and Power Platform Skills, with expertise in Power automate and Power Apps
- Strong JavaScript and CSS for UI customisation
- Ability to translate business processes into workflow automation logic
- Skills in process mapping, optimisation and documentation
- Experience building system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks and custom connectors
- Ability to handle data transformation, mapping, authentication and error handling
- Understanding of integration patterns and secure credential management
- Testing experience during all system and end user testing, including issue analysis and solution design
