As a Client Partner at Monks, you will build and nurture strategic client relationships with enterprise organisations, driving growth and supporting existing delivery structures to ensure an optimal client experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client services, business development or consulting within the digital marketing and advertising or technology industries.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing & advertising ecosystem and the latest in AI-driven disruption, emerging technologies and innovation.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end marketing and advertising campaign workflows and the content supply chain.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Partnership management experience with demonstrated abilities to manage and organise partnership plans, inform detailed project plans, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholder types.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in writing business cases.
