Job Description
Monks is seeking a Collections Analyst to ensure the timely recovery of accounts receivable, optimize cash flow, and minimize delinquency through portfolio monitoring, negotiation, and accurate record-keeping. The role involves managing customer portfolios, resolving billing disputes, and escalating cases to escalate critical issues. Monitoring accounts, negotiating payments, and providing performance reports are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Monitor customer accounts and aging to drive timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Contact clients via phone and email to negotiate payment agreements.
- Record and update all collection activities in NetSuite.
- Monitor aging and track KPIs like DSO and recovery rate.
- Prepare periodic reports on overdue accounts, recoveries, and collection performance.
