Requirements
- 12+ years of high-level design experience
- 4+ years in a leadership or director role overseeing branding, digital, and motion design
- Strong understanding of AI-powered design tools and the ability to integrate them into creative workflows
- Exceptional command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Skilled in After Effects and 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D) experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills in English
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and uphold file management standards
