IT Workplace Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Workplace Support Technician for our Monks Paris office. As a junior role, you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networking systems, and A/V equipment, handling incoming issues and requests, taking care of the office from an IT perspective, and supporting global IT support team.

Requirements

• Installing and configuring all computer hardware, software, networking systems, and A/V equipment in the Paris office
• Handling incoming issues and requests from the Paris office
• Taking care of the office from an IT perspective, including keeping meeting rooms operational and in tip-top shape
• Supporting global IT support team
• Exploring new IT territories, learning on the job, and constantly improving efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
