We are looking for a part-time Workplace IT Support Technician to provide high-quality IT support to our teams in Geneva. As a key role in our IT department, you will ensure reactive, efficient, and high-quality IT support, train and accompany users, and propose solutions to improve productivity and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Holder of a CFC, BTS, or Technician ES diploma in Computer Science; SIZ and/or Microsoft 365 certification is an asset
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in first and second level IT support
- Solid knowledge of local network administration and IT hardware and software management
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems, manage user permissions and access
- Good mastery of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and ticketing tools (ServiceDesk or equivalent)
- Excellent command of French and very good level of English; German knowledge is an asset
