As a Designer, you will develop innovative visual assets across digital and print channels, leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance creativity and production.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Designer working across digital, print, and advertising materials.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative image tools, automation workflows) and curiosity to experiment with them.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print, demonstrating versatility and craft.
- Experience across the full design process, from concept development to final execution and delivery.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, grid systems, interaction, layout, and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Confidence presenting and articulating design decisions.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Understanding of social media dynamics and how to create engaging content for different platforms.
- Awareness of cultural trends and their impact on creative work.
