Job Description
Semi Senior Production Designer at Monks in Buenos Aires, responsible for building pixel-perfect files for digital and out-of-home executions, partnering with creative and account management teams, and maintaining consistent creative quality.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital production in an agency setting
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to work through multiple iterations and with speed and efficiency
- Ability to work independently, but also be an excellent collaborator
- An understanding of visually engaging design aesthetic
- Familiarity and experience with email creation tools such as Knak
- Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop
- Fluent in Google G Suite, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Experience using AI tools for creative and organizational purposes
- An "OCD-like" attitude when it comes to file organization
