Job Description
Monks is seeking a Performance Creative SVP to lead a team and drive performance-driven creative strategies. This role involves leading teams across creative production, animation, and design, with a focus on client relationships and innovative content development. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer and a creative visionary who can elevate and evolve Monks’ performance-focused media division.
Requirements
- 10+ years in creative leadership (agency experience preferred)
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Deep expertise in paid social, display, video, and new digital creative
- Proven record of designing and deploying creative strategies
- Advanced fluency with creative measurement, testing frameworks, and digital production pipelines
- Familiarity with creative for e-commerce, B2B, and DTC environments
