Temporary Sr Art Director

As a Senior Art Director, you'll help bring big ideas to life, executing standout work across digital, social, and video while maintaining a sharp eye for craft, storytelling, and design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer, Lead Designer, or Art Director within advertising or production environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution across digital, social, and video
• Advanced Photoshop skills, with experience creating high-volume digital assets
• Comfortable working in Figma within collaborative environments
• Experience across all stages of the design process—from concepting styles to final delivery across formats and markets
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
• Established working knowledge of AI tools in a design workflow, with a strong eye for realism, accuracy, and detail
• Ability to clearly present and sell creative ideas internally and to clients
• Strong English communication skills and comfort working with global teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and storytelling
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable taking creative direction while contributing ideas
• Adaptable and energized by fast-paced environments
• Positive team player who communicates openly and thoughtfully
