IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for new competent service-oriented IT system administrators for #stresslessIT to complete our team. A typical workday is varied and planable at the same time.

Requirements

• Provision of 2nd and 3rd level support for IT infrastructure and applications
• Full analysis, processing and solution of IT faults and customer inquiries at our customers on site, remotely from the Cologne office or from the home office, in close cooperation with the team
• Counseling of users as well as demand-oriented training in the used hardware and software technologies
• Coordination and support with external service providers and suppliers for IT-related requirements
• Implementation of IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Planning, configuration and regular maintenance of servers, including virtualization environments
• Documentation of system configurations, processes and procedures
• Support of our project team in the trouble-free commissioning of IT systems at our customers
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction by adhering to our defined and specified service standards
• Regular professional further training and certification, independently and with the support of the company
