Job Description
We are seeking an IT System Administrator - Service Desk to join our team at CYBERDYNE Informationstechnologie GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support to our customers via telephone, email, or ticket system, and will work closely with our team to resolve technical issues and improve our processes. The role involves providing expert knowledge in operating systems and user programs, as well as administration of products such as AD, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
