Requirements
- Completed training in the IT sector (IT system electronics, computer science, or comparable training)
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work, ideally in the area of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge in the Microsoft environment (operating system, Office, etc.), IT service management (ITSM tools), and basic knowledge in telecommunications and network technologies
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Team ability, motivation, and self-initiative
