Requirements
- First point of contact for customers via telephone, email or ticket system
- Processing and solving service requests and incidents
- Error analysis and initiation of corresponding measures
- Documentation and maintenance of ticket system
- Participation in team work to shape and optimize processes and automations
- Regular professional further training and certification
- Specialist knowledge in operating systems and user programs
- Administration of products such as local AD, Exchange Online and Entra ID
- Problem-solving, service-oriented and analytical working and thinking style
- High level of communication skills in German
