We are looking for a Store Manager to lead and train our customer service team, implement customer experience management, and ensure excellent customer communication and service.
Requirements
- Service-oriented vocational training (ideally hotel and trade, event industry) and/or a (dual) study with a focus on trade/marketing
- Several years of experience in retail
- Knowledge and interest in products and trends in the Consumer Electronics industry
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in dealing with Social Media
- High analytical skills, communicative and implementation-strong
