Contracts Paralegal

MediaRadar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to serve as a key liaison between the Legal and Revenue Operations teams, providing critical support in the company's contracting and compliance workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-functional workflows and be able to operate independently while managing complex documentation.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary liaison, providing critical support for contracting and compliance workflows between the Legal, Revenue Operations and Engineering teams.
• Manage the end-to-end process for completing and submitting all Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Own significant portions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), vendor, and revenue contracting processes, include review and redline of contracts based on company-standard playbook.
• Coordinate commercial and vendor contract flow, documentation, and communication between internal stakeholders to ensure efficient cross-functional workflows.
• Operate independently to support the optimization of contracting processes and adherence to compliance standards.
• Assist in integrating AI tools into legal workflows (e.g., contract review automation).
• Assist in managing the contract lifecycle process including by optimizing the use of contract management tools.
