Paralegal

SeekOut is an AI-forward talent optimization company seeking a Paralegal to manage key aspects of the contract lifecycle for commercial and vendor agreements. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, maintaining a contract repository, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a paralegal role in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Solid familiarity with SaaS commercial agreements (MSAs, order forms, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs) and standard negotiation positions
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or similar)
• Working understanding of data privacy fundamentals (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to commercial contracts and DPAs
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of contracts across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain contract terms in plain language to non-legal stakeholders
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT teams
• Comfortable presenting AI/automation value in regulated enterprise environments (data privacy, model transparency, change management)
• Demonstrated comfort with AI tools for document review, drafting, or legal operations; enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in a contracts function
