Manager- Quality and Training is a high-impact dual role that transforms performance through strategic training design and data-driven quality insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in data operations, data quality, system quality, quality testing, training lead or quality and training coordinator role.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute learning interventions and projects from concept to completion
- Experience in HITL quality and MT (Machine Teaching) - Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Understanding of data annotation and quality metrics
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, Prompt Engineering and Lean Methodology is a must
- Six sigma (GB) certification is a plus.
