Job Description
We're looking for Registered Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide in full or part time permanent positions. As a Community Nurse you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current drivers’ licence & reliable vehicle
- 2 Years’ recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting
- Competent IT skills/literacy
