Job Description
Medibank is seeking Registered Nurses to join its Community Nursing team working in the Adelaide Hills team. As a Community Nurse, you will build rapport with clients in their homes, providing care and service in line with their personalised care plans.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current drivers' licence & reliable vehicle
- 2 Years' recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting
- Competent IT skills/literacy
