Job Description
This is a full-time, remote position based in the continental United States. As the HubSpot Engineering Lead, you will serve as the technical owner of our marketing technology ecosystem, with HubSpot at its core, ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, and built to support rapid experimentation and growth.
Requirements
- Serve as the technical owner of HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot CMS, ensuring long-term platform health, scalability, and performance.
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership to translate campaign goals and growth strategies into automation, CMS, and integration solutions.
- Design and maintain lifecycle automation across acquisition, nurture, conversion, retention, and re-engagement programs.
- Build and maintain HubSpot CMS themes, templates, custom modules, and dynamic content using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware while ensuring reliable data synchronization.
- Establish governance and quality standards for custom code, including documentation, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
- Manage and oversee external HubSpot agencies and vendors, ensuring their work aligns with internal architecture and long-term platform strategy.
