This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As an Operations Manager, National Events, you will oversee a critical function responsible for executing thousands of seminars each month across the United States.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or high-volume hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments.
- 4–6 years of direct people management experience, with a track record of coaching teams and driving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
- Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
