Job Description
As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will develop and optimize compensation processes, conduct salary analyses, and ensure fair and competitive compensation. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance to maintain and develop C&B guidelines and fringe benefits.
Requirements
- Higher business administration education with a focus on Human Resources
- Several years of experience in salary management or in the HR field
- Experience in analytical job evaluation and modern compensation systems
