Job Description
As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will support the operational and analytical execution of Climeworks' global rewards programs, conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses, and lead the administration of benefit plans across Climeworks' international entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a closely related HR role
- Experience in equity-based variable compensation
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Fluent English, with German skills a plus
