As the Team Lead of Digital Marketing, you will lead a team responsible for generating and nurturing inbound leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in driving provider engagement by connecting physicians and advanced practice providers with new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on healthcare or staffing industries preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
