The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by selling products or services to new and existing customers. This role involves identifying leads, engaging prospects, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven sales experience in healthcare, ideally in revenue cycle management, medical coding/billing solutions, or related SaaS/technology services
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to deliver polished, audience-adapted demos and pitches that inspire confidence and action
- Strong active listening and empathy to connect authentically, identify unspoken needs, and position our offerings as the perfect fit
- Results-oriented drive, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, medical coding/billing basics (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), payer requirements, compliance (HIPAA, etc.), and common challenges like denials or documentation issues
