HR Business Partner DACH (m/w/d)

Medline is seeking an HR Business Partner DACH to support leadership teams and create an environment where employees can grow professionally and personally. The role involves advising and supporting managers and employees in people-related matters, implementing HR strategies and programs, and promoting the Medline values.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the HR field, ideally as an HR Business Partner
• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education with relevant further education in the field of personnel management
• Good knowledge of labor law as well as security in dealing with complex labor law issues
• Experience in dealing with HR systems - Workday is a plus
• Very good German and English skills
