Job Description
The MedReview Innovation and Development team seeks a data engineer to design and operate the company's data infrastructure, focusing on rapid data acquisition, high-performance storage, and ML model deployment.
Requirements
- Cloud expertise with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or Azure Synapse
- OLAP mastery with ClickHouse or similar columnar databases
- Programming skills in Python and SQL
- ML engineering skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools
- Healthcare domain experience with HL7, FHIR, and HITRUST/HIPAA security requirements
- Scale-up mindset with ability to build processes for 10x growth
