Director, Surgical Services

MedRVA Healthcare seeks a Director of Surgical Services to oversee perioperative operations, drive operational efficiency, and support staff engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory surgery or perioperative settings and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Virginia RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ambulatory surgery or perioperative setting
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, or Director level)
• Experience in both scrub and circulating roles
