The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of new clients, coordinating all necessary activities from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in project coordination, from initiation through go-live transition.
- Experience in Healthcare BPO is a must.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) for documentation and team onboarding.
- A meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational ability for managing sensitive credentials and documents.
- Experience with client management systems (CRM) and project tracking tools.
- Technical aptitude to coordinate EMR/EHR setup and help troubleshoot access issues.
- A focus on metrics, including generating and interpreting weekly/monthly productivity and project status reports.
