The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist will support the execution of marketing communications initiatives across specific strategic product lines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on coordinating tactical marketing activities with Product Management, managing marketing release timelines, and developing messaging and marketing assets that support product launches, brand consistency, and global campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, streamline workflows, and scale content creation and campaign execution
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com
- Experience executing multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and paid media
- Working knowledge of website content management systems and SEO fundamentals
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret strategic direction and translate it into clear, effective marketing communications
