Team Lead Software Development (all genders)

MegaDev is looking for a Team Lead Software Development to lead a software engineering team, develop people, and continuously improve a mature tech product.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software development (backend/fullstack and/or desktop/web)
• First people-lead experience or strong evidence of tech-lead/staff ownership
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills, clarity, and empathy
• Very good German and English skills
