Business Operations Manager

The Operations Manager owns the day-to-day running of the office and back-office operation, responsible for delivering ongoing projects, mapping and standardising operational processes, and embedding a customer-service culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations or management
• Proven track record of delivering business change and improving processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with business systems and software, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sana e-commerce platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
