Senior Fiscal Assistant

The Senior Fiscal Assistant will provide financial and administrative support to the Office of Business and Finance, while also assisting the Associate Dean in executive-level administrative tasks. This role requires processing financial documents, coordinating travel, and providing administrative support to the Office of Business and Finance.

Requirements

• Provide administrative support to the Office of Business and Finance
• Process contracts through Novatus
• Develop and maintain databases
• Coordinate travel for faculty and students
• Act as the Divisions’ American Express Corporate Card and P‐Card Liaison
• Process invoices, request for disbursements, creating purchase orders and expense reports
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare, process and monitor budgets, project proposals, records, and invoices
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
