Mehler is looking for a Personal Referent (gn) at their Hessisch Lichtenau location to advise and support management in personnel economic and labor law matters, as well as assist with recruitment and personnel administration.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education, preferably with a further education in the personnel area
• First professional experience in the HR area
• High level of service orientation, reliability, and discretion
• High flexibility, willingness to perform, and team ability
• Knowledge of labor law
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
