Meier Supply is seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Territory Manager to grow our residential HVAC presence in the Hartford and Chicopee markets. This role is ideal for someone who loves being in front of customers, thrives on building long-term partnerships, and is excited to represent top brands in a supportive, people-focused environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated performance history in outside sales or new customer development, preferably in HVAC industry.
- Excellent formal presentation skills
- Self-driven, highly motivated, organized, technical credibility, follow-through, problem-solving and high sense of urgency.
- Excellent customer service skills and proven success in developing and fostering business relationships
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, presenting, promoting and selling HVAC products and services including market strategy and tactics, and sales techniques.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
