Job Description
Meier Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to grow its presence in HVAC distribution in the Greater Pittsburgh market. The role involves building strong relationships with contractors, developing new dealers, and driving equipment sales across the territory.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of outside sales or contractor development experience, preferably in HVAC.
- Proven track record of sales growth and relationship development.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive with excellent follow-through.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, sales strategies, and dealer network structures.
