Job Description
This role involves working as a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift, responsible for plant operations, employee training, and performance. You will maintain a positive atmosphere, uphold company goals, and provide strong leadership to production operators and techs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 4 years of experience in a leadership role in a bakery and/or food & beverage manufacturing environment
- 2 years of production leadership experience
- Experience with HACCP, AIB, NSF, and SQF standards preferred
- Strong planning/organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
