Job Description
The production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the workflow at our facilities, meeting production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement, and cost objectives. The role involves coaching and development of employees, resolving issues, and guiding the team to be successful every shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years as front line supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in food manufacturing facilities and knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, and sanitation practices is helpful
