Job Description
The production supervisor oversees the workflow at our facilities, meeting production goals, quality, safety, people leadership, engagement, and cost objectives. The role involves coaching and developing employees, resolving issues, and guiding the team to success.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years as front line supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in food manufacturing facilities and knowledge of GMP's, HACCP, and sanitation practices is helpful
- Knowledge and Skills: strong leadership capability, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, analytical ability, observation, and coaching skills, ability to motivate, lead, and engage employees
