Job Description
We are seeking a Head of SHES EPC3/4/BGD/BOP/TCF & Camp/ Sys. and Inv. with a Bachelors degree in Sciences, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, or Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SHES in the Oil and Gas Industry, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Sciences, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, or Engineering
- OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- TapRoot(R) Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent RCA tool)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in SHES in the Oil and Gas Industry
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies
- Knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs
- International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Clients
- Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments
