Head of SHES Synergy (N-1462)

The Head of SHES Synergy is responsible for monitoring project activities, providing guidance and advice to the Project Management Team, and facilitating SHES Synergy meetings with SHES representatives from Major Projects and EPC packages.

Requirements

• Occupational Health & Safety Diploma at NVQ Level 6, NEBOSH National/International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or higher (BSc, PgCert, PgDip, MSc).
• ISO45001 OHSMS or IMS Internal Auditor Qualification.
• Minimum 10 years relevant industry HSE experience, with strong focus on the management and administration of health and safety.
• Extensive experience in communicating and liaising with management at senior level.
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).
• Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments (expenditure >US$ 1 Bn).
