SHES Leads (EPC-3/4) (N-2033, N-2031, N-2037)

The SHES Leads (EPC-3/4) role involves providing direction, guidance, and leadership to a team of SHES Specialists, managing contractor(s), and ensuring compliance with Project & RLC SHES requirements. The role also requires supporting the SHES Head in site implementation and verification of SHES Plans & Procedures, and providing expert advice and guidance to PMT and contractor project area division managers.

Requirements

• HSE related NVQ Level 5, NEBOSH National/International Diploma in Occupational Health, and Safety, or higher (BSc, PgCert, PgDip, MSc)
• 8-10 years relevant industry HSE experience
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work)
• Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments (expenditure >US$ 1 Bn)
