Job Description
The On Job Training Coordinator - OES will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs, identifying training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, and 6 years of experience in a training department.
