Job Description
The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective members, support the casual Club Service Representatives team, and provide administrative and operational support across key membership segments. This is a dynamic and diverse role that requires a passion for customer experience and service, as well as flexibility to work on event days.
