Meliá Hotels International is looking for a Cook to prepare and present high-quality dishes in a luxury hotel setting, following established recipes and standards.

Requirements

• Studies in Gastronomy, Cooking, or related areas
• At least 2 years of experience as a cook in high-category hotels, luxury restaurants, or similar environments
• Mastery of modern and traditional culinary techniques; valuable experience in international cuisine
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented person, able to work under pressure and in a team
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valuable knowledge of English, especially for interacting with guests and international colleagues
