COMMIS DE CUISINE

As a Commis de Cuisine, your mission will be to actively participate in the preparation and presentation of kitchen dishes, contributing to offer a quality gastronomic experience, aligned with the brand standards and oriented towards the satisfaction of guests and clients, working in coordination with the kitchen team.

Requirements

• Collaborate in the preparation of basic culinary preparations and in the finishing of dishes
• Prepare dishes for which you have received training, following established recipes and standards
• Maintain order and proper organization of kitchens and refrigerators
• Verify that you have the necessary material, equipment and products, using them efficiently to avoid waste
• Comply with hygiene, cleaning, food safety and APPCC procedures in all preparations
